congrats, great movie.
only one remark:
those beams are less good looking:
you should make the end of the beams round, gives a more 3d-feel to it.

here's a few hints:
-shape tweening sprites is a bad Idea, try making your own sprites by drawing new ones on a layer on top of the original sprites, for vaporisation of a character/baddy, use shades of grey
-beams+ energy projectiles: put them on a higher layer than your characters, and tween the beams alpha from low to a high percentage.
-raise the framerate a little.

I don't know If this was helpfull, but I have a feeling you'll figure it out on your own

It would be very disappointing if this doesn't get an award.
It may be a sprite movie, but the styles you use are pretty damn amazing.

Great movie, especially the fight part was GREAT(gotta love the overkill)
I didn't like the secrets, though :\
great parody on how HAcoreRD used to be (he seems to have changed, I'm still a little paranoid, though, mainly because he keeps on resubmitting the same movie over and over again, saying he removed a few flaws, but, nothing changes)
oh, and CHRONO ROCKS!!!
I wrote a "nice" little review on one of Hacorerd's CT-movies, because those really sucked.

I dunnow if I'm in any position to give you advice

but:
-the fight between umaro and mog: glitch at the end: you should put your layers in this order: background - blood - character, self explanatory
Vertically shrink the mog sprite when it gets crushed
-the fight between sephiroth and Kefka: don't move the lower half of the body, you should only move the parts that are sliced off
-blood: big mistake using a regular shapes(circles, ovals) make it somwhat more irregular, but avoid sharp angles, perhaps use shape tweens
-backgrounds: too simple: place a few objects that can be used in the fight such as rock formations, crates, other obstacles.
-try looping your music

this one was actually good.
New style, new idea, some new characters, Improved graphics, and you quit the clock crew.
You have outdone yourself this time, except for one thing.
Leo beating fighter? WTH??? This is an insignificant detail, not to worry about.
Make the next one as good or even better than this one.
