This work really seems interesting,

Enough so that I'd like to see it in full detail, however, you need to find a better way to get your artwork online, be it a better camera, or a semi-decent scanner.

On your work:
As far as I can tell, you used pretty good shading, and the hair looks good too.
The hip/legs seem off. This makes the legs look too short.

Also, with the rest being abstract, you managed to create a highly "stylised effect"

Great detail on both rider and dragon, but the dragon's eyes are missing content.

Well...

Most of this work is nice and stylised, and I like the shadow and touch of shading on the character...

But the way you drew the eifes tower is an eyesore...
Also...
One suggestion for improvement:

"Don't listen!

Punctuation is always a must.
